The Hometap Ambassador Program
Homeowners are at the heart of everything we do, and their voices are critical in shaping the future of the home equity investing landscape. That’s why we started our own ambassador program: to make sure their stories get heard, and so everyone can understand how they’re getting more from homeownership, and life.
What's an ambassador?
Hometap ambassadors have paid off debt, started businesses, and renovated their homes — just to name a few things. Their Hometap home equity investments have helped them pursue their financial goals, and now they want to share their story.

The better we get to know you, the better we can match you to the best ambassador opportunities.

Make it official
If we both agree that it sounds like a good fit, you'll sign a one-year contract.

We’ll reach out to you as opportunities arise: these can include media training, press interviews, video testimonials, and chances to weigh in on products.

FAQs
As we mentioned above, ambassadors must have received a home equity investment from Hometap. But it’s also really important to us that homeowners can speak accurately and confidently about the investment process and how our financial solution works, and are open to sharing how and why they chose Hometap and an HEI to achieve their goals.
Each opportunity will vary, but we will not reach out to you to participate in any more than six opportunities in a year. The time it takes to fulfill each opportunity can vary from 30 minutes to half a day. While participation is always voluntary, we hope that ambassadors are eager to partake whenever possible.
We can’t guarantee that every opportunity is financially compensated, but most opportunities pay between $200-500 as a show of gratitude for your time.
